Refund & Return Policy
Clear return, refund, and cancellation terms for Mode Out Look orders.
Return Eligibility
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unmodified, in original condition, with original tags/packaging and proof of purchase.
Custom, personalized, and final-sale items are non-returnable unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
When the return is due to our error, we will provide instructions and cover the approved return shipping cost.
How to Start a Return
- Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping the item back.
- Use a trackable shipping method. Mode Out Look is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Funds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Cancellations & Changes
Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours after being placed.
After the 2-hour window, or once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to cancel or change it.
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days before shipment.
