Mode Out Look sells apparel and related products through modeoutlook.com.

We work to show product images, prices, descriptions, materials, and availability clearly. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or production differences.

We may update, discontinue, or limit products at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

Order totals, shipping options, taxes, discounts, and available payment methods are shown at checkout before payment.

Submitting an order means you confirm that your billing, shipping, and contact details are accurate.

We may cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete, incorrectly priced, or otherwise suspicious.

4. Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. national holidays.

• Standard shipping: 7-14 business days after processing.
• Express shipping: 3-6 business days after processing when shown at checkout.

5. Cancellations & Changes

Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours after being placed.

After the 2-hour window, or once an order has entered processing or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or change it.

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original condition with original tags/packaging and proof of purchase.

Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Custom, personalized, and final-sale items are non-returnable unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Funds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
